Product Description

Automatic disc filter system with disc filtering element is a protection tape irrigation system from blockage, used as the second level filtration to effectively remove fibrous impurities, having a high ability to catch soft impurities. With 2"/ 3" /4" backwash valves,air valve,manifolds,controller. They are applicable to low flow rate water filtering for household, agricultural irrigation, municipal garden irrigation.

Note
1: The disc head can be manually cleaned;
2: The automatic draining time of the controller can be set in 10-600 seconds, the interval time can be
set from 4 minutes to 20 days, the differential pressure can be set to 10KPa-350KPa,and the time and
pressure difference which set the condition first will control the automatic blow down.
3: The pressure during back washing must be guaranteed >: 180 Kpa. If there is no guarantee that the
back washing pressure pump needs to be added, then the water supply needs to be interrupted during
back washing.

How does the auto disc filtration system work:
FILTRATION STAGE - Under the command of the controller, the dirty water flow into to the filters in filtration stage via the back-flushing control valves, then the Vortex and the disc keeps the particles in the grooves of the discs,the clean water flow into the outlet pipe.
BACKWASHING STAGE - Under the command of the controller, only one of filter starts back-flushing at a time. The back-flushing control valves change the water flow direction, then the filtered water is introduced in adverse through the filtering element which decompresses the stack of discs for the backwash procedure. The solids are expelled from the discs and discharged through the drain manifold. The filtration process starts again after finishing the back-flushing stage. The filter will start back flushing successively until all filters were finished to clean.
