Product Description

oil free air compressor is achieved by the orbital motion of two vortices. With one fixed and the other moving, the two vortices interact and air is drawn into the compression chamber.During a continuous compression cycle, the scroll changes the pressure of the compressed air by reducing the volume of the chamber.Compressed air flows to the center of the vortex and is then cooled.   Since the two vortices work without any contact with each other, no lubrication is required for the entire compression process. Thus, the scroll compressor can ensure 100% oil-free compressed air.
